I recently tried Gulshan's tandoori roti, and I have to say, it was a delightful experience! Right when it arrived at the table, I was greeted by the warm, inviting aroma of the freshly baked bread. The roti had a perfect goldenbrown color and a slightly smoky flavor that hinted at how it was cooked. When I took my first bite, it was just the right amount of soft on the inside and a little crispy on the outside—absolutely perfect for scooping up curries or just enjoying on its own. It paired beautifully with the spicy paneer tikka I had alongside, really enhancing the whole meal. What I appreciated the most was how each bite felt so comforting and homemade. You can tell there’s a lot of love and tradition behind their recipes. If you find yourself at Gulshan’s, definitely make sure to order the tandoori roti; it’s a fantastic addition to any meal!
